I personally know several dogs eating Beneful on a daily basis with no issues.

Some a-hole probably poisoned his dogs and it was coincidence.

Probably correct. My bud has had his dog poisoned by neighbors/people in the neighborhood.

"...alleging the dog food contains propylene glycol, which the suit said is an animal toxin used in automobile antifreeze;"

I can't imagine the dog food maker using antifreeze in their food. I can imagine the owner's dog licking antifreeze from his leaky car on the driveway.

Purina Beneful was one of the prime displayers/sponsors at the Westminister Dog Show. Many of the trainers/owners said that was what their dogs were fed. Purina was giving out sample packs to everyone.
