One of the alleged victims is (supposedly) best friends with the intern in the News and Communications Department who spilled the beans to a Senior Intern. Intern did not speak with Senior Intern out of concern. Rather she made reference to The Next Big Scandal.

IOW, she sat on this for 10 months. She took it upon herself while working as an intern in the News and Communication Department to reveal an alleged rape allegation made by her supposed best friend framing it as the next big scandal?

Sounds fishy, but I do not have enough info to make a judgment one way or another. However, until facts are known, it's a non story.
