Rule Of Law: First, the president issues unlawful executive orders giving illegal immigrants amnesty. Then, he dares an equal branch of government to vote on his orders' legality so he can veto it. Is he establishing a monarchy?
While speaking at a town hall meeting Wednesday night at Florida International University, President Obama clearly indicated that he believes he is the final authority on law in this country. He will not tolerate dissent.
"If Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I'm doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote, because I'm absolutely confident that what we're doing is the right thing to do," he told a group organized by Democratic Rep. Jose Diaz-Balart.
In November, Obama announced a set of unilateral actions to change the immigration system. Government agencies were ordered not to enforce the law against up to 5 million illegal immigrants in the country. He also declared that they would not be subject to deportation and were to be handed green cards.

Does the Constitution grant Obama the power to create a law that Congress cannot override without a 2/3 majority? No, it does not. In fact, it could be argued that Congress only needs to vote to override by a simple majority that the president doesn’t have the power to veto.
His actions prove it, and that, in turn, proves he is a stupid man, claims to the contrary notwithstanding.
From what I have seen, so do the Republicans.

However, got to admit the other cover story about Biden being a serial groper is right on. Seen too many photos of him doing such. If he did that to my wife, I'd push him away - jail be damned.
Been there, done that against a biker who groped my wife when I used to ride. You're never to old to squeeze someone's larynx while kicking his leg out from under him. Not saying I would do that to the Vice-president of the USA. But gawd, I hate these Obama people and I'm entitled to that as long as I don't act upon it.
And yes, hate is a legitimate human emotion, even if negative. I hate asparagus; I hate standing in line at DMV; I hate aholes of any stripe; I hate stepping in dogshit. I especially hate lying self-serving duplicitous politicians that are destroying my Country.
On the upside: I love my wife; I love the concept of what my Country once represented; I love my Navy years; I love those who support our military; I love the goodness in many peoples' hearts; I love dogs; I love being alive. I especially love Captain Morgan's rum...yum...haha.
Bear in mind that Congress has the constitutional authority to stop corrupt presidents dead in their tracks by means of impeachment (1.2.5; 1.3.6,7) or overriding presidential vetoes (1.7.2).
The problem is that we now have a dead-beat, RINO-controlled Congress that is probably going to let lawless Obama get away with anything.
