Interestingly, blacks like Rangel and Waters are in districts that are about two-thirds Hispanic. Their votes reflect that composition. They are using Alinsky's "Rules For Radicals" playbook against Israel by identifying Bibi as the responsible individual. Picking Netanyahu as the target, freezing him, personalizing him and then polarizing him. They use this same tactic on all their enemies domestic and foreign. It's all they know.
