Spot on. While there are many items needing correction by the CoS repeal of the 17th should be the first amendment proposed. Perhaps the only amendment proposed by the first CoS, a prototype as it were.

Well, even though it isn't explicit in the suggested COS Article V applications, we can hope repeal of the 17th is motioned by a delegate to the convention. It hardly seems worth the bother if it isn't. A more perfect constitution would include all of Mark Levin's suggestions to super-federalize the government
