I’m not old enough that I can look forward to a peaceful afterlife in the years following this nightmare. I;m probably gonna be stuck with years and years of nightmares, including administrations that manage to make even this one look good, if that’s possible.

The Carter Administration was almost as bad, just not as long. It’s good to remember that Reagan had the ship of state sailing again in a surprisingly short period of time. Good things can happen.
