I took the day off - had a meeting with Mrs. MacNessa and Daniel at his workplace today. It went well. Still some snow on the ground - the local schools were on two-hour delay. I was driving late this afternoon and some benighted girl, walking at the edge of the street with - not against - traffic - walked out into the middle of the street in my path.
Very close - fortunately, there was no one driving in the opposite direction.
It's going to get cold here again tonight - single digits - we're going through firewood at a furious pace. I see you're warmer than we are at the moment - I guess that will change as night falls there.

It snowed real good Thursday Night and yesterday morning, but we missed the worst of it. Today was sunny and the roads are good but we still have a few inches in the yard.
