Surprise! Surprise!
These yahoos are hoping the court will smack Obama down. I guess they forgot that Obama owns the courts. Judge Roberts is still there.
Does this fund the illegal amnesty of Otyrant for a week?
In for a penny, in for a pound.
It would have to also be passed by the House.
Now they have one week to sell us out!!! I say TERM LIMITS ARE NEEDED. These people have been in DC way too long, most of them need some time in Jail!!
Indeed, that is why this is not good news; not at all.
Sounds like the Senate buckled, for now.
Maybe they should do bills for 24 hr periods.
McConnell ask Reid buckled. They know Boner on ropes, they’re just twisting the knife. McConnell the worst in this whole fiasco! spineless POS
Pelosi indicates the Dems will support it, so it’s probably a done deal.
Better would be constitutional amendment:

1 week CR with suspension..not sure what that means but think is what the conservatives wanted. not sure
If you pass CR by simple majority, you get almost all Dems and you give license to Republicans to vote no. Boehner needs strong GOP vote.

Bets??
Maybe, but the Senate had said: “All year or no dice, not even 3 weeks”. Now they just voted for 1 week. They buckled.
...but yea, one the DEMOCRATS re-activate their “Republican” Consultants, the Reps will likely buckle.
Go further. 1 minute periods. Keep 'em busy, VERY busy, and keep 'em out of trouble (at least mostly).
Doesn’t it now go back to the house?
No, that would just allow them to blackmail/be bribed by the lobbyists for even more money.
