I had high hopes for both Putin and Russia but unfortunately it appears he is another Stalin or maybe Hitler.
He can be charismatic which can be used for good or bad. Sure looks like he is a baddie.
I too had hopes that Russia could one day be a Western nation, it is more and more clear that it’s a pipe dream.
