What should happen is the speaker should take the platform, note they are out of order and establish decorum as necessary. If it comes to it, remove the rabel if they continue.

He should note the fact that American freedom of speech allows even islamic terrorist sympathizers like the CBC to have their say where under an islamic regime they would be immediately executed.
Call them what they are: active supporters of islamic terrorism.

He should simply ignore them and keep speaking.If he does that, the media will just cut away to images of the people leaving, and that will be the story that's reported out to the public.
If they leave one by one, that will be 20-odd interruptions of the video of his speech.
