Politico ^ | February 27, 2015 | Mike Allen

Attorney General Eric Holder plans to push, during his final weeks in office, a new standard of proof for civil-rights offenses, saying in an exit interview with POLITICO that such a change would make the federal government “a better backstop” against discrimination in cases like Ferguson and Trayvon Martin.

I don’t know that much about his replacement, but it is hard to imagine anybody worse than Holder.

Yup. She made that clear in her confirmation hearings. That still wasn’t enough to stop Grahamnesty from voting to confirm her.

Putting a case together and presenting it to a judge is damn hard work, tedious, uphill battle type slogging away.

“I think some serious consideration needs to be given to the standard of proof that has to be met before federal involvement is appropriate, and that’s something that I am going to be talking about before I leave office,” Holder, 64, said."

Does this require much thought in order to decipher what he means? I don't think so.

What he wants is to lower the bar on the proof of racism to a level that would allow, for example, the conviction and imprisonment of Zimmerman and Darren Wilson. He wants to make it easy enough that all you need is a political decision to prosecute and convict. Sort of like the system used by ISIS and Hitler. That sort of thing.

’s the truth - he actually claims to want “a standard of proof?”

That would be an improvement!

I don’t think that she’s as smart though, in a villainous way.

Perhaps the reason that it is so hard to bring a Civil Rights case is because there aren't any Civil Rights violations going on.
