They must have heard about the growing effort to have CPAC members walk out in mass when Bush enters, bathroom breaks, of course.

Astroturf for Dauphin Bush. I think it was “Gladiator” the new Emperor Commodus triumphantly enters Rome and I think he remarks to one of his aristocratic supporters how much did he spend to hustle up a cheering crowd.

“Jeb Bush Backers Are Busing Supporters From K Street to CPAC”

Well, the K Streeters are Jebbie’s base. Who else could he bus in? Maybe LaRaza activists.

A Bush can only live when planted in a field of astroturf.

I cannot understand what Jeb Bush or Chris Christie for that matter are doing at CPAC.

What a joke. McConnell caves, Boehner’s next. And we are all supposed to pretend that they tried so very hard. WE KNOW THEIR TRUE INTENTIONS WERE OTHERWISE. So why bother leave home in 2016 for more of the same? Jeb Bush guarantees a loss.

Are they comrade obama or comrade clinton rent-a-dopes?

Interesting that Bush isn’t going to give a speech per se. But rather
doing a 20 minute Q&A with Sean Hannity doing the questioning.

This is very much a nothing-to-see here event. Many campaigns try, hard, to pack the audience with supporters at events like CPAC. Given his somewhat less than tepid support (/sarc) and strong possibility that he’d be jeered or walked out on, Bush would be an idiot not to do this.

I do think it requires a change of tactics by Conservatives. Walking out provides Bush with the opportunity to push his people into the room. Much better to have Conservatives stay in the room (denying Bush supporters space) but turn their backs to Bush when he takes the stage.
