We must think alike. I have the exact same rifle, 16” barrell but my optics are a Nikon 3.5-14x42. I love it but they are heavy. I wouldn’t want to hump it for 20 miles. I’ve noticed that the plastic pmags work much better with it than the metal mags from DPMS. I have the occasional stovepipe jam with the metal mags but I’ve never had a problem with the p-mags.

We must think alike... that is what I have... the plastic pmags.

I notice the Nikon 3.5-14x42 sells on Amazon for just a little bit more than the POSP3-9x42 on kalinkaoptics.

I divided my firearms up into roles, intended for a household of 6: so there are roles for:
PDW (9mm, .357, .45)
CQB (shotguns, 9mm carbines)
Med (AR15, AK47)
DMR (.308)

End goal is 3 of each... 2 of each for the PDW.

I also figure on getting an 1919 A4 eventually, with crankfire kit.
