Bingo, spot on assessment
Mitt was next to last on my list and just above Ron Paul, whom I did not believe would defend our country. There is one particular poster (I will not call him a fellow FReeper), whom I will not name again, who has posted over and over that I am a Romney-bot and Romney was my guy. That is a blatant lie and he knows it.
I understand principle and respect those of principle. But now it is time for those who could not stomach Romney to own what they did. What is happening now was very easy to predict. And it is going to get worse. In our lifetimes, this was the election to not stay home and fight the battle against the GOP elitists.
We would have had to fight Romney in many areas, but the things Obama is doing would have not been done by Romney. Even if they agreed with some of it, the RATS and the press would have fought him so that he would get no credit.
