WashPost: Global warming tides will carry screaming Eskimos out to sea

......unfortunately, global warming isn't real, and we can't help them. Liberals would have you believe that the coastline is unchanged from the day the Earth was created until the first man-made CO2 emissions were burned, but we know that over many years there have been radical changes to the continents and coastlines, and what is happening in Alaska is probably just a part of that natural process. If the article wanted to be thorough, it could have looked at the evolution of the Alaskan coastline over the past few hundred years to show how change occurs on its own. But that would interrupt the "global warming is drowning Eskimo" narrative. It's propaganda like this that explains why liberals allow themselves to be groped on the subway to fight global warming.

I immediately thought of this Far Side comic for some reason:

That isn't the original drawing...looks like somebody re-did it. I couldn't find the original.

The aerial photo of the village reveals it to be a virtual sand spit, the sort of thing that nature has been creating and destroying for millennia.

As for the relocation costs, the figures range from about $154 million to $250 million. Using the low figure, for a village of 400, that comes out to $375,000 per person. You'd think they could do it properly for about a fourth of that, if not less.

Observation - he wouldn’t have had to climb up there to put his rear on the pipe as it dips down low not 30’ away.

He must be one of those “Clinton” bears.
He’d rather climb a tree to tell a lie,
than stand on the ground and tell the truth.

Uh, who paid for them to locate there to begin with? Where did they move from? Why’d they move? Water too low in the old place? Since I’ve already moved to higher ground, will the govt give me money? Kinda like carbon credits I guess. Pay me to move so someone else doesn’t have to.

I associate dinosaurs with hot steaming jungles. How is it here are dino fossils above the arctic circle?

The earths continents did look different but it doesn't explain it fully
