I am of the opinion that shooting the attackers dead, then sending any of their relatives packing back to their country of origin, would rapidly reduce the number of incidents.

Europe in general, but particularly France, is too fat and content to do anything about the growing threat of Islam in their mist. The saving grace for them is that they will be fine.
