This is dated 2010. Where did you get this? How do you know it is the very same document being voted upon today? If it is why was it not widely distributed previously?
ReganDude, I doubt Ronald Reagan inspired your moniker.Your focus on net neutrality is extremely narrow and you offer a 5 year old document for proof. Unless you are inside the circle, you are showing yourself woefully uninformed and choose to believe what you want to be true. Do you have special inside connections or is Google, search engine not company, your source?
