Further to my earlier story (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3261263/posts?q=1&;page=1)

the brilliant Josh at Bishop Hill puts it into perspective -

TOPICS: Culture/Society; Political Humor/Cartoons
KEYWORDS: globalwarming
I'd be grateful if someone would import the picture itself. I'm not sure how to do it.

The discussion on Bishop Hill (UK) is always interesting.

You can't just snag a favorite picture from a desktop folder...it has to be hosted someplace on line to be posted here.

Best bet is to save the image to an image hosting service, I use Photobucket. In Firefox right click and select "Copy image location", in Safari right click and select "Open image in new tab" and copy the address in the address bar. Other browsers have similar tricks.

Cynwoody adds this tip:

You can pre-cue a YouTube video by adding a t parameter to the link. Like so:

Way cool! Thanks Cynwoody!

I just used your quick guide 10 minutes ago to post a picture. I don’t do it often enough to remember how but I go to your guide when I need to.

Thank you so much for the instructions, I have bookmarked it.

Josh is wonderful at pocking the green blob in the eye but just imagine being on the receiving end of a concerted, government endorsed smear campaign. And it can't even be dismissed as just a conspiracy theory because they're quite open about it. See the earlier item -

Barack Obama Goes Full Stalin
