Retail sales/management, $12-$15/hour, DOE. It's the attitude I don't get. Television has apparently taught Americans that retail jobs are beneath them - and the immigrants who are willing to do them often don't have a sufficient command of the English language to be effective. American-born applicants/new hires frequently act like they are doing us a favor by gracing us with their presence - they are clearly worth
so much more in the fantasy worlds of their minds that they spend most of their time in.
That's why I don't worry too much about whether the unemployment rate is really 6% or 20%: the unemployable rate is over 50%.
