The head of the ICE union should write a letter to Judge Hanen and and request a restraining order on the White House. It is a crime to threaten federal workers, and they have a genuine concern that Obama will retaliate against them if they don’t carry out possible illegal orders.
Couldn’t the judge sua sponte issue a restraining order? I don’t see why not.
It would be nice if he warned Obama that he will be held in contempt if he acts upon these threats or issues any other threats.
