A lot of good conservatives - often independent of leadership - voted for Boehner in January. Not sure why, but they did...whether it was a new speaker campaign with too little too late, or whether their nuts were twisted hard enough to keep them on the reservation. There are bigger numbers, but it’s going to take something cataclysmic to get them all on the same page.
Yeah, I know. My congresscritter, Mike Rogers of Alabama voted for the bum. I chewed his butt about it and he ranted about Beemer being the right man for the job. I told him that I now seriously questioned his thinking if he THOUGHT Beemer was the man for the job.
