A new study released Tuesday indicates that Latinos will play an ever increasing role in the future of job growth in the United States.
Latinos will account for more than 40 percent of growth in the next five years and more than 75 percent between 2020 and 2034 – an increase of 11 million jobs out of an economy-wide gain of 14 million, according to an analysis done by the economic forecasting firm IHS Global Insight.
A number of reasons will account for the rise of Latinos in the workplace, but some major factors will be a Hispanic population growth average of 2.6 percent per year over the next 20 years paired with a growth of the non-Hispanic working age population slowing down to near zero, and new non-Hispanic entrants to the labor force barely offsetting retiring baby boomers....

Most immigrants work better than Americsns. Or at least that’s how many employers see it. Right or wrong. Many employers prefer immigrants - legal or not they get a lot of the few available jobs.
And a 80% increase in unemployment and anti-poverty program draws on Federal and local benefits like EITC paid by tax payer $$$ ???

Our kids refuse to work?
Horsesht. This is not the latinos Democrats want.
Some of our kids refuse to work. Some more of our kids don’t work well. Have poor or absent work ethic. Show poor responsibility and often arrive late or are AWOL. Absent a lot Or just do shoddy job. They behave to thrir employers like they behaved to their schools — lacksedaisicslly. Not all kids but a substantial number of them are not worth hiring. . So many employers prefer Mexicans or chinese or other immigrants

Ha! So true. Unfortunately. A lot of the kids think its an unfair imposition if they have to just show up on time. Forget about getting them to do much in the way of “work” If they show up, they figure they’ve already done their duty. Remember please that Work is a 4- letter word.
Many do just that. Or outsource their jobs to overseas shops.
I know. And if they prefer foreign nationals to Americans then let them move. I’ve already seen California be transformed from American suburbia into third world colony. I have no more tolerance for people who want more of that.
I didn’t say I like it. I only pointed out that it exists. Californicate is more and more immigrants from commie China and Mexico and everywhere else tossed in too. And obama keeps importing people from IslamoNazi moslem countries too......these are very very dangerous for our future

The wages are terrible, the benefits are terrible, and the production quotas are brutal - all because of a massive oversupply of low skill, low education, legally imported foreign labor.
Our kids may refuse to work, but at least they don’t vote 80% Democrat like their foreign replacements.

If we as conservatives have any ability and desire to sell our ideals and values to anyone, then we should be able to do so with the segment of Latino Americans that is looking to be industrious and productive and self sufficient and make America better off economically. Of course, from the political reps to our ordinary citizens, I often fear of conservatives and their apparent tendencies not to show up to fight at all. If we do, I think we can win over many of the industrious, productive Latino Americans over.
