When the Soviet Union collapsed and the KGB files were read it turned out that McCarthy was right about almost everything he said.
That should be a corollary to the Nazi rule....”If during a political argument somebody mentions hitler or Nazis...the argument is over. A similar corollary to be drawn, is that any political argument that veers into the mention of McCarthy or if accusations of McCarthyism are raised, then that argument is over!
