We've got no right to complain if we can't be bothered to make a few clicks on the computer to help with this effort.

I saw this- I really do not want to give out my phone number (required).

Someone should run a 'Concealed Carry for Texans' ping list.

Then make one up, or use mine. Or do the hard work and send a letter on your own.
No excuses allowed on this subject. If I can do it, anyone can.

I don't have to pay for the right to speak my mind, why do I have to pay to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights? It's not just the money. The state is requiring you to obtain a LICENSE to exercise one of your God given, natural rights.
What's next? A government license to observe your religion?

I saw this- I really do not want to give out my phone number (required). Then call your Texas reps on the phone and demand that they sign on as cosponsors of these bills.

If this passes in Texas before I do, I WILL be open carrying. I've even got the equipment.
Maybe later in the year, I can get to Austin.

Someone should run a 'Concealed Carry for Texans' ping list. I might just do that. As a holder of the Texas ping list, I do try to alert our Texans to important 2nd Amendment issues I run across.
Hope you're doing well today, Johnny.

I'd be better if Strauss was gone and we had open carry, but Texas has a way to go to get rid of a lot of the Reconstruction nonsense.
And except for my voice, I'm not doing too bad. I'm (barely) above 100 lbs today.

I want to open carry in Texas as well I spend a good deal of time there, mostly in the Dallas area.
I would open carry in heartbeat. It is a real pain exercising and keeping concealed at the same time.
Hope you are doing well.

If I survive for any length of time, I'll be back down in Austin to visit my... friend...
And when I do that, I'll go buttonhole some politicians, assuming they are available when I can be there.
Some politicians just need to see a face and see who they are screwing over to convince them not to.

I’d love to carry big iron, on my hip.
Hubby and I are in disagreement on open carry. He’s not for it. I am.

Constitutional carry is dead on arrival. Barkin up a tree.

Size matters. At my new current weight... it matters a lot.
Open carry is my only choice when summer gets here and I quit wearing anything more than a wife-beater and shorts.
Right now, I could carry a full-size shotgun and nobody might notice, because it's COLD here and I wear LOTS of clothing.
But not this summer.

Nope, it's not. I heard the same thing about concealed carry.
Open carry will happen. I might not see it, but it will eventually happen.
It won't happen with a 'we already lost' attitude like you have.

Yep, it is. You are right when you say it will eventually happen. I believe that it will eventually happen, but it ain’t gonna happen in this session.
You will see permitted open carry signed into law.

Are you clairvoyant? Do you also pick lotto numbers? Because I don't believe you. There is time to make a difference, but not with your attitude.

Well Johnny, I’m so confident that there will be no constitutional open carry, I’m willing to place a nice crisp $100 bill on it. You game?
Permitted open carry has about a 60/40 chance and I say this because that nutball Stauss is at the helm in the house.
