Common traits shared by nearly all journalists, regardless of what they cover, are a sense of entitlement and an insufferable arrogance. With this in mind, you see why they are reacting this way to Walker. How DARE he not be led around by the nose into our traps! How DARE he not comply! They’ll come up with whatever high-minded rationalization they can think of. They’ll say he is not being honest with the American people or whatever, but what they really want is for Walker to give them the story they have already written.

They’re deathly afraid Scott Walker might be elected president and help to steer this country back to decency and sanity.
That’s the only reason they’re going after him with this nonsense. They hope something, no matter how ridiculous, sticks. Walker will have to keep a cool head during the long road ahead.
