I guess the most logical question would be, why did he leave the scene..according to police, he was found about a mile away, walking around in a daze, so when police went to him and asked him if he was the truck owner he said yes and he was taken to the hospital..of course he had a valid drivers license, remember, the left wanted all illegals to have them so they can get them, especially here in California no problem
As far a Oxnard goes, it is like a 3rd world country over there..I passed through many months ago while driving up to Santa Barbara for my cousins wedding, Camarillo is a nice area but Oxnard, gang activity, it isn’t what it used to be, but it is considered one of the most populated areas in Ventura Country and yes its heavily Hispanic

I guess the most logical question would be, why did he leave the scene.

His lawyer will interpret that he was in shock and confused and decided to flee the scene leaving the busted up injured to deal with it themselves.

His attorney will file lawsuits because the RR warning were not in Spanish and failed to depict pictures of a cho-cho. He's now suffering stress and other physiological issues and is considering additional lawsuits.
