Lying POS
That’s the CULTURE these days. EVERYONE is lying about their background and upgrading their supposed status.
This is not some kind of political statement that I’m making about one party or the other. I’ve seen this ACROSS THE BOARD ... almost everyone making up stories about their background ... even just “bumping it” a little bit.
I’ve heard people say that they include stuff on their resume ... because ... “they never check that stuff out” ... and it looks good. That’s the way the upcoming generation is with this kind of stuff.
AND ... it’s also catching on and spreading among the older ones, too ... the ones who should know better.
We’re going DOWN THE TUBES as a country ... for sure!
Yeah, “mistakenly”. He was “malquoted”! Down the memory hole with it!
Lying about your education, experience, military service or other credentials is considered a resume enhancer by democrats.
They just keep coming and coming and coming.
That's where he met Brain Williams.
“...mistakenly said...” He just doubled down on his first lie...no one who served in the capacity he claimed EVER FORGETS! Any which way, it’s stolen valor and he should not be head of anything, except maybe a latrine!
It wasn’t enough to have served in the 82nd Airborne?
Elizabeth Warren can get away with using undocumented (fake) Cherokee lineage to obtain jobs and promote Harvard, yet she is a LEADING Presidential candidate for the Dems. They have no honor or they wouldn’t LIE (misspeak).
I despise this bunch, all of them.
This is stupid. There is nothing wrong with the 82nd and lots to be proud of. this is insulting to lots of people.
He apologized if anyone was offended. Nobody in 0 admin. was, so he’s good to go. His dismissal should have been immediate. Resigning (which he hasn’t) is way too good for a Stolen Honor Head of the VA, of all things
He and Brian Williams were hanging out in Iraq I hear.
Oh, we’ve all had those job interviews where they ask you if you could build Rome in a day. Your first thought is, “I’m interviewing with idiots”. Then you spend 30 minutes explaining physics and human behavior and building codes to them as their eyes glaze over. They thank you for coming to interview with them.
The next applicant comes in, and they ask him if he can build Rome in a day. He says, “Sure. No problem. I built Paris in a day.”
He gets the job.
Two years later, that same job is open again.
I don’t get too upset over liars. I expect that. What is exceptionally hard for me to understand is supposedly bright people who believe the liars.
This is the same fool who asked the veteran, CO congressman, “what have you ever done?” or along that line, IIRC.
I guess if you want to make up stuff about what you have done, it is easy to be arrogant, right?
Not surprising from a member of an administration that bases its governance on lying. In short, “birds of a feather flock together.”
Boy, this country sure has a WHOLE LOT OF LIARS IN IT!
