'Secretary McDonald has apologized for the misstatement and noted that he never intended to misrepresent his military service,' the White House said in a statement. He admitted he lied and then said he never intended to misrepresent his military service. I guess this is what passes for logic in the Obama administration.

He did NOT admit he lied. He used every weasel word and phrase that he could think of. When I read the article I was saying “say it! Say you LIED, say the word!!! LIED. L.I.E.D. C’mon. say it”
