Consider that Bibi is addressing Congress on the eve of Purim—the deliverance of Israel from Persia.

If the Rats are going to be absent, hold a vote that day to override an Obama veto or two. Get the numbers needed and do what needs to be done.
Will Netanyahu’s speech be televised like last time? This will be truly historic. This administration and Israel have come to a parting of the ways that will be something to behold.
