“This vote will highlight the irresponsible hypocrisy of any Senate Democrat who claims to oppose President Obamas executive overreach on immigration, but refuses to vote to stop it,
But what about the irresponsible hypocrisy of any Senate Republican who claims to oppose President Obamas executive overreach on immigration, but refuses to vote to stop it,
” Our central government has become more heinous and injurious to the liberties of the people, than that of King George III.”
No kidding.
Sounds like Luis ‘greaseball’ Gutierez gave the Turkey a hot sauce anal basting. We have no leaders damn it!
“We have no leaders damn it!”
You are right, but that statement does not convey at all the calamity of the situation.
The Republicans have no conservative agenda domestic or foreign.
After 9/11 the tough talk of Bush was not backed up by World War 2 style mobilization and conquest of nations where the enemy was rooted in.
The ideology of Al-Quaeda was developed in Saudi Arabia and the Taliban was created by Pakistan’s intelligence agency.
Its all about doing business with Arab nations right now just like it was all about doing business with Communist nations when Nixon and Kissinger were around.
The interests of business demand no total war against enemies but limited war, negotiations and co-existence with economic relations. The D’s and R’s of Uniparty accommodate the big money contributors.
The twist of the knife by Mitch here is that he’s not just decoupling the DHS funding from the amnesty bill, he’s decoupling the Nov. Executive action memos from the illegal implementation of the Dream Act that isn’t the Dream Act because it never passed Congress.
It’s a double disconnect double cross.
