GENEVA (AP) — The United States and Iran are working on a two-phase deal that clamps down on Tehran's nuclear program for at least a decade before providing it leeway over the remainder of the agreement to slowly ramp up activities that could be used to make weapons.

What a crock. Iran has said all along that they have no intentions of developing a nuke bomb—just peaceful nuke power in a country with huge petroleum reserves. Now, the ultimate point of the deal is nuke bombs in 10 years. Obama and Kerry are selling us all down the river.

Only the liberal AP could write a lead in to this story that sounds like Kerry and Obama are being tough on Iran. Never mind that the main point of the story is that the US is caving on Iran getting nuke bombs.
Iran already has the bomb. And they already have missiles that can reach the US.
They just haven’t openly tested the bomb like North Korea, so we are still denying it publicly.
There can be no deal with Iran ....period. They have no need of nuclear power. We all know they are seeking nuclear for other means than energy....it’s ridiculous to even consider an agreement with Iran.
Jarrett is the one handling this o doubt....and it’s only because Obala has been such an utter failure he needs a (false) agreement somewhere to say he’s accomplished anything on the World Stage.

Iran wants the sanctions lifted and that’s the ONLY reason they’re at the table....want to bet the sanctions will be lifted?..They’re just making this look like some heavy dealing is being done...but Jarrett wants the sanctions lifted on her home country. Iran will just continue as before with their nuclear agenda.

Yes....and that’s because the US would rather they have some control of what Iran does then to hand it all over to Russia...Either/or I doubt any can stop Iran’s Nuclear ambitions.

All the article picture needs is Kerry waving a peace of paper and saying, “Peace in our time.”
All this is going to accomplish is the US will have more to say regarding Iran's Nuclear ambitions over that of Russia. And as mentioned...Israel may very well have something to say about it all.
That cartoon would indicate that Israel possessing nukes is somehow more problematic than Iran possessing nukes.

Anything Obama/Kerry come up on Iran & nuclear matters is a sellout of our US national security and a likely death sentence to the people in Israel. No deal, two part or not, impose more sanctions now and tell Iran to stop the uranium centrifuges, dissemble its weapons program and allow inspections everywhere.
The hilarious part is Obama is dumb enough to think they will abide by it. All he has ever wanted was a deal with Iran. Any deal.
Would that Iran had really been under that sort of scrutiny. Now Israel might have to use their nukes to preserve some portion of civilized behavior.
