Serious question; the way this was argued to me was that should the florist
prevail, would that in some way be considered discrimination and if so would it then allow other businesses to discriminate against against other couples they might not `believe` in, such as inter-racial couples? I admit I was unprepared to argue the point.

Every traditional right that an American used to enjoy, involves a right to discriminate--a right to make your choices, rather than those of a totalitarian Government. When you watch one TV show, rather than another, you discriminate; attend one Church, rather than another, you discriminate; order food products of your choosing, rather than Michelle Obama's, you discriminate.

People have been artificially conditioned to accept more and more limitations on their rights to make their own free choices in their own affairs. It is by this step by step imposition of limitations, that freedom is lost.

There is a major difference between doing something mischievous, intended to harm another; and simply preferring to do business with one person, rather than another.
