Some good things but according to the folks I've talked to from Carson City, there's nothing to be done about the intergalactic background check initiative that WILL be on the 2016 ballot with gazillions of out of state nanny dollars. Gonna take some concentrated efforts to ensure the IPOS/SPOS don't vote this garbage into law. Even the Reno Gazette Journal says it's a waste of time and money.

If wimin are worried about being defenseless against their eeeeeeeevil menfolk, there otter be a law that forces the local PD to give them a handgun and training so they can defend themselves.

It’d be cheaper than requiring them to provide a cop to be their personal 24/7 security guard, and more reliable...

Propose a bill that State gun laws can't be stiffer than the feds. Bloomberg lost that battle in Congress, so he is, with some success, implementing it via state initiatives.

Propose our own background check that doesn't force buyers to go through FFLs and the 4473 registration routine, which is what the antis are after. (Gruberized voters are FOR background checks - all we can do is sever the link with the 4473s.)

Where in hell is the NRA on this?
