Crossgates Mall in Albany New York (the capital of the state) has a 5pm kids curfew (under 18) becuase of this type of crap.
In downtown Norfolk, VA MacArthur Center Mall (named after the General and his memorial/museum next door) also has a 5PM curfew for minors. One can see the public housing from the mall.
Across town, there’s Military Circle (Ghetto) Mall. This mall is dying. Anchor stores Sears and JC Penney have left and I hear about half of the shops are closed. Closest I come to it is a model train shop behind the mall.
