I’m becoming more optimistic that if the Supreme Court rules the subsidies illegal, that we are about to turn toward a consumer-driven health care system finally. I think this was the socialist’s last shot at nationalizing medicine and it’s about to fail.
Hopefully the GOP candidate will run not just on unwinding Obamacare, or what’s left of it by then, but also on getting everyone access to their personal health insurance policy, one no longer tied to employment.
It appears that politico still has its lips locked to Obola’s hiney.

After judge Robert threw away the best chance to flush this ObamaCare sewage down the drain, i no longer expect this court to go conservative on anything. Of course if judge Ginsburg happens to be napping, i.e. hung over from the white house elderberry wine, all bets are off.
The old system is gone, insurance companies won’t know what to do and chaos will ensue. Some states will rush to set up exchanges. I would look for lots of Pen and Phone work from the Hut

SCOTUS will rule the subsidies illegal. The RepubliCRATS in Congress will “temporarily” allow the subsidies. These will be continued to be renewed indefinitely, year after year.
Mark my words.
