I suspect this news release could be to provide a new meme to replace the old one that is looking more and more outdated. ISIS has been sitting in Mosul, Iraq and Saddam’s chem weapons plant trying to excavate into the “dragon’s egg” no doubt, and it is only a matter of time before they get their hands on the stuff there.
And if they use it things will get awkward after all the claims there weren’t any to be found.
