Where are the neighbors. Where are the local guys from the VFW, American Legion, Amvets, DAV, etc. This is just disgraceful.

There are members in the VFW, American Legion, Amvets who just want to be members and keep up their dues and never attend a meeting nor visit the Post. Their contact is limited to mailing in dues once a year if not a life member. Second as a member of a Post that renders Military Honors we are notified either by a funeral home or the Cemetery we are needed. If the Family doesn't notify us how would we know?
