Not only terrorist groups such as ISIS,AQ and Taliban, but also the “axis of evil” nations - Iran, Syria and North Korea can pull off a major terrorist happening.

I wouldn’t worry about the Taliban, they’re a local Af-pak group, not an international terror org. They’re content to just live in their villages and beat their women with rocks. Unless Mr. Fat Boy decides to commit suicide, North Korea isn’t going to pull anything. Iran is definitely the chief concern though.
