Remember that sniper and kid that drove around randomly shooting people? They nearly paralyzed portions of the East Coast from what I remember. Think of just ten terrorists just like that—snipers who kill people at random and drive away before authorities can react. One doesn’t need weapons of mass destruction or bring down aircraft to cause fear and panic and harm the economy.
I would never, ever underestimate people like ISIS. A small number of terrorists who are willing to die for their cause can cause incredible damage well out of proportion to the actual threat. Just think about how much 9-11 has cost us beyond the actual damage done: the freedom lost, the money spent, the fear generated.

The level of colossal iggerance displayed by this CIA jerkopf is absolutely, El Capitan style, spectacular. Just to pick a case I’ve been warning about for years-—a hot dog cart going off in an NFL stadium could hurt/kill tens of thousands of people. And remember: McVeigh was only two guys and he didn’t really need the farmer. When you mix in the willingness of jeehadies to die while blowing there is virtually no place where another nutcase couldn’t do large harm. Boston? This guy needs to have his ball bearings taken away and sued to get back any money he took from us under the false pretense of knowing anything about what he was doing.
