Safeties maybe?
I would love to shoot the—is it the 18: select fire Glock?
(But I wouldn’t want to be standing around me)
I just can’t remember.
I bought my Glock in 1986, but read extensively on it in 1984 and 1985, before choosing it.
I’ve been looking for the reasons why it couldn’t compete, but it seems too far back and too obscure to quickly find something on the internet.
I’ll keep searching, I have seen guys on some forums mentioning a lack of a hammer and not having second strike capability, but who knows.
