I disagree with this. The 2A is all we need. It needs to be enforced by voters who will throw out politicians who mess with it.
What we don't need is people having to register for permits to carry.

I disagree with this. The 2A is all we need. It needs to be enforced by voters who will throw out politicians who mess with it. Yes, the preferred legal route would be to sue states that don't recognze the 2nd amendment.

What the rest of us need from Congress is simple reciprocity, which they have the authority to grant.
