Lawsuit here? Who is negligent? The bra maker, the gun maker, or her?

Very sad. A decent holster will not allow a pistol in it to have the trigger pulled and discharged. Should be impossible to do.
Enquiring minds have to question the storyline.

No mention of the type/brand gun. If you must sweep yourself with a personal weapon....make sure it is a safe one.

If you are using a firearm with a trigger safety maybe you shouldn’t have a round chambered.

Who knows? Finger on trigger while messing with it? Trigger got caught on something? Sad for the family and more fodder for the anti-gun nuts.

This type of thing shouldn't be too hard to avoid.
- Semi-automatic - Don't chamber a shell
- Revolver - Don't cock the hammer
Strange.

Next time try the Tricot/Kevlar blend. It lifts and separates AND shields.

That’s it. No more second base for me, no more motor boating. Too dangerous.

RIP to a good looking lady. RUMINT is that it was a SIG P238. Another source said a KelTec, yet another source said a G42. Sigh. Will have to look at the police report I guess.
