The Air Force is sending old F16’s to Tyndall AFB in Panama City where they are stripped down and equipped with remote control. They then have their tails painted dayglo orange with accompanying stripes on the fuselage and are flown out in the gulf where they are used for target practice for F22’s and F35’s.
