I’m going to take it as far as I can. No reason I can’t walk a
half-mile every day. I’ll work up to longer walks eventually.

Ice crystals are very pretty. Raed the Blade this morning and at 7am it was -17. School was delayed again. Ohio is getting hammered with cold and Mass is getting the snow.
Just do what you can. A short walk even 2-3 times a week is very beneficial. Skip a day if you’re tired and rest. As long as you can do that every week, you’re going to get stronger. It just takes more time than it did before. I keep a log of my workouts, which helps me.

To try to help encourage people to donate so they can get back up to acceptable levels on hand, the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies teamed up with them and is giving each donor today a free ticket.

This weather is deadly.
Yes. Our deck looks like an ice skating rink! It gets very little sun, and is usually the last place on our property to rid itself of snow or ice.
I watched the sticky buns and groaned!
I saw the egg pizza and my stomach joined in.
I looked at the French toast and fruit and THAT DID IT!
I made 2 pancakes and covered them in fresh fruit and confectioners sugar...
my head and stomach THANK YOU!!
