This is all a brilliant plan by Obama to destroy ISIS. He will destroy them through the same means he has used to destroy this country by brilliantly managing their economic future.
They would be effective for border patrol but will probably end up with Homeland Security.
Maybe we should just see to it that they get “earned income tax credits”. That would probably help too. Oh, and EBT cards. All on the tapped out American taxpayer. We already carry over 50% of the country. Why not the entire globe?
