We tried to warn them. We really did. Everyone who drank the Obamacare Kool-Aid basically screwed us all over. Now they’re all learning that Obamacare is completely craptastic, including this chick.

She’ll probably vote for the same politicians as obama, pushing the same failed socialist ideas and expecting different, better results.
She hasn’t learned anything as she still thinks in terms of how the law affected her personally instead of how it affected all of us, and the bad incentives built into the law for employers.
She will vote for the next politician who promises to fix the website, not the mess obamacare has created.
Bet if they asked her on her ideas about Hitlery, she is all in for her.
The bad news is that at least 50% of Americans think and act this way- hence Obama occupies the White House.
There is a consistency in this woman’s remarks: She is concerned only about herself.
I said from the beginning that I really messed up predicting what would happen with Obama. People needed to be PERSONALLY negatively affected by him to see the light.
And this is the first year we see the impact of Obamacare on our taxes. A LOT of people are going to be slapped in the face by reality this year. It will change the political topography.

I agree. I have friends who have also experienced the fact that the huge deductibles erase any good feeling they have about their Obamacare policies.
One lady is paying only $21 per month for her policy, she is aware of the tax problem, but had to have minor surgery last week, and essentially had to pay for all of it.
As time goes, by, I believe the high deductibles will be a source of even more animosity toward the ACA and those who bequeathed it to us. If I were a Democrat pol, I'd be voting with Republicans to eradicate this monstrous failure.

Basically, unless you have gold, serious stuff will have to happen for your insurance to be of much value to you. We were both 60 last year. Total health care outlay was $25 to glue a gold crown back on and $25 for a chiropractor visit. Meanwhile, we saved somewhere between $10,000 and $12,000 in health insurance costs. And when you live in an area where the well paid people are making $15 an hour, that’s a lot (BTW, that’s why I have to drive 80 miles to Louisville every day to have a “city wage” job, but it is WELL worth it).
