We answer to no restraining chain of command. Yes it would be hard on some civilians. Hell, I’d mount a head or two and Whoo! A few ferals mounted in proper pose, full body, with a look of abject terror on one and a goofy looking “HUH?” on the other would be fitting statuary for my house.
I’d spray them with all weather varnish, so they’d keep real nice and place them prominently on my front lawn....
Consider that in heavily armed areas, ISIS may deçide to play with IEDs instead, like the Boston bombings, and try to provoke random reprisals against uninvolved Muslims. This would give Obama an excuse to declare martial law.
