Constitutional rights and protections are secured by an honor system - as long as the president, congress and the judiciary honor the constitution we have a constitutional republic.

There are over 318 Million People in the U.S., with approximately 1 gun for every person in the US. It is not the people of the US fighting the military, is is the People of the U.S. fighting 536 people. Maybe we should outsource the job to ISIS?
