The injunction means Obama’s amnesty will not go into force for a long time, I’d guess over year anyway.
So the Dems cannot point to anything to be achieved by their fillibuster- which will put them “at fault” for any shutdown.
And Obama “at fault” if he vetoes.
Despite the media’s best efforts.

Legally, though, it is just a delay. But the issue is not an easy one for the courts so the injunction will not be lifted until the issue is resolved.

You don't get it. Democrats believe they are not bound by any governmental, constitutional prohibition, whether by court or by law. Even the Hobby Lobby decision is being ignored by this Obamanation.

Dems will just filibuster and blame Republicans for any shutdown that results. And their drones will just lap it up as the truth.
