I think Floriduh is also where you have to have a license to be a florist and the “Florist’s Assn.” make sure that no one else gets a license. Not a place I’d like to call home.

I think Floriduh is also where you have to have a license to be a florist and the “Florist’s Assn.” make sure that no one else gets a license. You have to have a "license" to operate any sort of business. Pretty much the same in every state AFAIK. Florida is not unique.
All about taxation and control. You don't defy the tax man in this country. That's the "non compliance" that is met with iron fists and jackboots.
